What I Leaned In Chicago This Weekend

This weekend, I took a short but exciting trip to Chicago.  I got to see a live taping of the Oprah show, visited the Sears tower, and walked out to the frozen Lake Michigan.

BUT…the one thing I learned this weekend is that MANY MANY women mistakenly think UGG boots are snow boots. They are not! Women, stop making this mistake.  Nowhere on the labeling of these boots does it claim to be rain, snow or inclement weather-proof.  I can’t tell you how many destroyed UGGS I saw around Chicago.  Get real snow boots and save your UGGS for the sunny and cold weather.

According to Zappos.com: “Boots are designed to be worn barefoot to maximize the benefits of sheepskin and are not intended for wear on snow or ice.”
