Seriously Daily Candy? You Can’t Do Any Better than, “Be Like Mike”?

If you subscribe to Daily Candy, then you know what I’m talking about. Yesterday, our mass email involved a thank you letter of a guy who attributed Daily Candy for successfully pointing him in the right direction to hooking up with chicks. While I’m really happy for Mike (that’s not even his real name) I’m not exactly sure why my email was used to pass on the wonderful information.

Now, I know there isn’t much going on in this one horse town in between Christmas and New Years. It’s only the 5th largest city in the nation. And I know that most of the Daily Candy staff is probably on vacation. But you would think that they could find something a little more interesting than, “Be Like Mike.”

Guess not.
