Cole Hamels Calls Mets “Choke Artists”

Today during a radio interview, Cole Hamels called the Mets “Choke Artists.” Let me just say that I love it! The beauty about being World Series Champions is that you have the clout to say things like that and get away with it.

Let’s face it: The Mets ARE “choke artists.” Were Cole and I the only ones following them for the past two seasons? They could have had it but they choked. Cole didn’t write the definition of “choke artist,” he’s just using it in context.
